Hello, You Have Been Featured, Congratulations!
As a train pulls into the Soviet Republic train station, an announcement is made on the train station's PA system.
"Attention Soviet Republic Station passengers. Now arriving on Track 1, is 
The Featured Region Express to [Insert next Featured Region.] Please stand back from the yellow line and please watch the gap while boarding the train."
When entering the station, the train sounds its modified horn, which sounds like someone is saying: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Soviet Republic!"
Also while entering the station, 
FRE Train Conductor Kai, with a bright smile on his face, sticks his head out of the train's locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Soviet Republic!"
The train stops at the platform for 2 minutes, and opens its doors, picking up/dropping off passengers.
The train then closes it's doors and departs, heading to the next Featured Region.
